Police released CCTV footage that captured the deadly attack in the Canadian capital, Ottawa, on Wednesday.
The videos appear to show the suspected gunman pulling up in a dark vehicle near the Parliament after having shot Cpl. Nathan Cirillo at the National War Memorial. The footage then appears to show the suspect taking over another car, driving up to the Center Block of Parliament and running inside.
Police have identified the attacker as Michael Zihef-Bibeau, a 32-year-old Canadian citizen. Zihef-Bibeau was killed by guards upon entering the Parliament.
